Crochet Along Block 5

Well, here is block number five (I've got the Lou Bega song in my head now- Ed.). We're now halfway through all the block patterns and this one is a lovely gentle, and dare we say, easy one to do. It's probably best described as a shell stitch or scallop stitch depending on what you prefer. It's a very pretty looking stitch but still solid enough to stand up next to some of the more plain sturdy blocks we've done. Hopefuly you're enjoying this crochet journey and looking forward to the next 5 blocks. Onwards and upwards!

Tips and Tricks

Tip

This pattern is a fairly siple affair, no tricky elements or hidden stitches that can throw you out. As ever if you're feeling that you need a bit of reassurance, keep counting stitches after each row, there should be 37.
